AHAD reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice. Accordingly, users are encouraged to review these terms from time to time.

A user’s continued use of the Site or any of its features shall constitute implicit acceptance of these Terms. For further information regarding AHAD’s practices and policies concerning the collection, use, and storage of user information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  • 1.Copyrights

    The contents and functionalities of the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and the selection and arrangement thereof; as well as any underlying concepts, know-how, tools, frameworks, software, applications, technologies, algorithms, models, processes, or insights incorporated into or forming part of such content, including any enhancements or derivative works—are, to the extent permitted by law, the exclusive property of AHAD Business Services Company and its licensors, and are protected under applicable Saudi and international copyright laws.
    No portion of the Site’s content or functionality may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse-engineered, altered in any manner (including but not limited to the removal or disabling of any security features, technological protections, disclosures, or company branding), downloaded, published, transmitted, or distributed without the prior written consent of AHAD, except as expressly permitted under Section 3 below. All copyright rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

  • 2.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All intellectual property associated with AHAD—including, without limitation, trademarks, service marks, designs, logos, graphics, data, visual interfaces, and any code or other computer processes, including the look and feel of the Site and the services made available therein—are owned by, controlled by, or licensed to AHAD Business Services Company.
    Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, embedded in another site, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any manner, including by mirroring, on any computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial purpose, without the prior express written consent of AHAD.
    Users acknowledge that they shall not attribute any content or information to AHAD unless expressly permitted to do so (for example, through the Site’s official social media channels or authorized parties). Users further agree not to use or reproduce any trademark of AHAD or its licensors, nor suggest any affiliation, endorsement, or relationship with AHAD or its licensors without prior official authorization.

  • 3.Use of Platform Content

    Subject to these Terms, AHAD Business Services Company grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access a single copy of the Site’s content for the duration of the license. This license is conditioned upon the user not modifying any portion of the Site’s content in any manner (including the creation of derivative works), and upon full compliance with these Terms.
    The user may not reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, transmit, publish, or disclose any part of the Site’s content to any third party without AHAD’s prior written consent. Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed—directly, indirectly, or implicitly—as granting any license or right to use any of AHAD’s intellectual property rights, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.
    The license granted under this section shall terminate automatically and definitively upon any breach of these Terms by the user.

  • 4.AHAD Website Acceptable Use Policy

    AHAD Website Acceptable Use Policy

    By accessing or using the AHAD website, the user agrees to refrain from engaging in any of the following actions:

    • 1.  Using the website in any manner that infringes, or may infringe, upon the rights of AHAD or any third party.
    • 2.  Submitting or posting any content that is harmful, obscene, defamatory, unlawful, or reasonably deemed as such.
    • 3.  Attempting to interfere with the operation or functionality of the website, including by using software, tools, or processes intended to disrupt or impair the Site’s performance.
    • 4.  Uploading, publishing, transmitting, distributing, or storing any content that violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any party.
    • 5.  Uploading files that contain viruses, corrupted data, or malicious software.
    • 6.  Engaging in any activity that imposes an unreasonable or excessive load on the website’s infrastructure.
    • 7.  Accessing any data not intended for the user or visitor or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any servers or accounts.
    • 8.  Gaining unauthorized access to the website, whether through the use of false credentials, impersonation, or acting on behalf of another without authorization.
    • 9.  Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of AHAD’s systems, websites, or networks.
    • 10. Sending, or causing the sending of, any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of unsolicited communication (spam).
    • 11. Committing any other violation of these Terms of Use.

  • 5. User Content

    The user acknowledges that AHAD Business Services Company shall have full rights to use, benefit from, and publish any information submitted or posted by the user on the Site, including but not limited to messages, surveys, responses, and other content.
    Pursuant to these Terms, the user hereby grants AHAD a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, fully paid, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, and otherwise exploit such information in any manner and for any lawful purpose, in any form or medium not prohibited by applicable law.
    Furthermore, the user expressly waives, in favor of AHAD, any and all claims related to any actual or alleged infringement of privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or moral rights, including rights of attribution, arising from AHAD’s use or publication of such information.

  • 6. Infringement Notices and Service Termination

    AHAD Business Services Company strictly prohibits the posting of any content that infringes upon copyrights or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy or publicity) of any individual or entity. If a user believes that their intellectual property rights (or any other rights they are authorized to enforce) have been infringed on the AHAD website, they must contact AHAD at the address provided below and submit a written notice including the following information:

    • 1.  A description of the work or protected right (e.g., copyrighted work or other intellectual property right) that is allegedly being infringed.
    • 2.  Identification of the material or content on the Site that is claimed to be infringing, with a request for its removal.
    • 3.  The name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available) of the rights holder submitting the claim.
    • 4.  A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, their agent, or the law.
    • 5.  A declaration that the information in the notice is accurate and that the notifier is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed right.
    • 6.  A signature of the intellectual property rights holder or their authorized representative, affirming the validity of the infringement claim. 
      Upon receipt of a complete and valid infringement notice as outlined above, AHAD will remove the identified material from the Site if it is determined to infringe upon copyright or other intellectual property rights, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
      Saudi regulations also impose strict penalties for knowingly submitting false infringement claims. Users who repeatedly post infringing or unlawful content may be prohibited from submitting additional material to the Site.

    AHAD provides the content and functionalities of the Site on the basis that they do not constitute professional advice or services to users. No content made available on the Site is intended to constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or any other form of professional advice.
    Users are solely responsible for their use of the Site’s content and acknowledge that reliance on any such content is made at their own discretion and risk.
    All content and functionalities on the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
    AHAD and any third-party content providers make no warranties regarding the ownership, accuracy, or adequacy of the Site’s content.
    Furthermore, AHAD and its content providers shall have no liability or responsibility for any information published on websites linked to the Site, contained in user submissions, or provided by third parties.
    In addition, AHAD and the aforementioned content providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, or for any loss of revenue or profits, whether or not they were advised of the possibility of such damages, regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

  • 8.Indemnification

    Pursuant to these Terms, the user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AHAD Business Services Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, heirs, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, costs, or losses of any kind arising out of or in connection with the user's use of the Site or breach of these Terms (including, where applicable, any representations, warranties, or undertakings made by the user).
    AHAD reserves the right—subject to the user’s consent to these Terms—to assume the exclusive defense and control, at its own expense, of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the user.

  • 9. Third-Party Websites and Service Providers

    AHAD may provide links to third-party websites. Additionally, certain content made available on the AHAD website may be provided or supported, directly or indirectly, by third parties (including content embedded via their servers).
    In all such cases, AHAD assumes no responsibility or liability for any third-party websites. Such websites are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies as established by the respective third-party providers.

  • 10.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to any conflict of law principles. AHAD reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings before the courts of the user's country of residence.
    If any provision (or part thereof) of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed to the extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
